LAST WEEK FOR TURK KOMPOZIT 2019 COMPOSITES SUMMIT
Turkish Composite Manufacturers Association will hold the fourthTurkey’s Composite Event, the first of which was held in 2013, the second in 2015 and the third in 2017 on 10-11-12 October 2019 in Istanbul
Our event this year is organized as an exhibition again in the cooperation with SEREKS FUARCILIK. “3rd Turkish and Regional Composites Industry Technologies and Applications Exhibition” to be known as “TURK KOMPOZIT 2019 COMPOSITES SUMMIT” will include activities that cover the whole composites sector, particularly the manufacturing, processing, and application methods specific to the Composites Industry.
TURK COMPOSITE 2019 Composite Summit will show the point that Turkish Composite has reached once again, as well as a series of events. With emphasis on the raw materials (resins, fibres, and reinforcement materials, technical textiles, thermosets, thermoplastics, additives), semi and intermediate products, end products, processing technologies, machinery and equipment, consumables and services . These will be presented within the framework of technical and commercial seminars, product exhibitions and live demonstrations, intended for the guests. More than 100 exhibitors will entertain their customers together with their institutions and organizations which they represent.
As a first, this year’s event will also entail “Composites Career Days”. In the context of Composites Career Days, senior year university students and industry professionals seeking a new job will get the chance to meet with firms in search of qualified employees. Another first in this year’s event will be the “Composites Experience Talks” program, where the doyens of Turkish Composites Industry will be sharing their experiences and advice with the newer members of the community. Start-ups which often feel unable to attend the event will, on this occasion, have the chance to present and promote their operations, products, and aims in the section designated for them. The “Composite Awards” –an established tradition inherited from previous iterations of the event– will now be implemented with a revised format. The Awards will be presented to the worthy members of the industry, during the Cocktail event to be held on the 2nd day of the program. In this event, ground-breaking, innovative and creative examples from the composites industry will be presented at the “Composite Products Planet” section. Moreover, the entities and organizations which take part in the event will be able to present their bulletins and documents to the guests, at the “Media Corner”.
The event, With the knowledge we have gained from our previous fairs, we aim to achieve the best, will primarily give the participants an opportunity to take place in one of Turkey’s rising sectors, and cooperate to make the strongest promotion of the sector. TURK KOMPOZIT 2019 Composite Summit will bring together all the industry professionals in Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Center on October 10-12, 2019.

One of the significant components of the exhibition this year is that the products and solutions for the infrastructure industry will be displayed. This industry is a field where high performance, light, high-strength and durable products are combined with innovative designs. Composite material technologies provide light materials with high specific strength to the infrastructure industry. Composite materials offers solutions at every stage such as design, improvement, renovation, maintenance/repair, operation, sustainment etc. with their many advantageous features like forming, strength, and corrosion resistance and so on.
